1. Agreement and scope

These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit this website, request a fare or itinerary, communicate with our travel specialists, or purchase travel through Last Seat Tickets. By using a service, you agree to these terms and to any fare rules, airline conditions, and written disclosures presented before purchase.

If you use the service for another traveler, you confirm that you have authority to provide that traveler’s information, approve the itinerary, and accept applicable terms on their behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service or submit a request.

2. Our human-assisted service

Last Seat Tickets helps travelers compare starting fares and request personalized assistance from a travel specialist. Public pages and search tools provide travel information and an invitation to contact us; they do not issue a ticket or create a confirmed reservation.

There is no purchase required to request a quote. A booking exists only after a specialist verifies availability, gives you the complete itinerary and price, explains material restrictions, receives your clear authorization, successfully processes any required payment, and provides a confirmation or ticket number.

3. Quotes, advertised fares, and availability

Airfares and seats can change without notice. A displayed price is a starting point, not a binding offer, and may be limited by travel dates, origin, destination, cabin, passenger type, inventory, advance-purchase rules, minimum or maximum stay, routing, payment method, or other supplier conditions.

Before purchase, your specialist will confirm the total price and identify mandatory taxes and fees known at that time. Optional services such as baggage, seat selection, meals, upgrades, insurance, or airport services may cost extra. Unless a written quote says otherwise, quotes expire when inventory or supplier pricing changes.

4. Booking review and authorization

You must review every traveler name, date, airport, flight, connection, cabin, baggage allowance, and price before authorizing purchase. Names must match the government identification or passport that will be used for travel. Corrections after ticketing may be restricted, require airline approval, or require cancellation and rebooking at a different price.

Your verbal, written, or electronic approval authorizes Last Seat Tickets to make the disclosed booking and charge the approved amount through the payment method and secure process described to you. Keep your confirmation and report any discrepancy promptly.

5. Payment and fraud prevention

Payment may be processed by Last Seat Tickets, an airline, or another disclosed travel supplier. Your receipt or card statement may identify the responsible merchant of record. The merchant of record is generally responsible for processing an eligible refund to the original payment method.

We may use identity, payment, and booking verification measures to protect travelers and prevent fraud. Never place payment card numbers, passport scans, Social Security numbers, or similar sensitive information in a general website form or ordinary email. Use only the secure method provided by an authorized specialist.

6. Passports, visas, health, and entry requirements

Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, transit visas, health documents, entry authorizations, and compliance with government requirements for every country on an itinerary, including connecting points. Requirements can change and may depend on nationality, residency, age, passport validity, or travel history.

Information we provide about documents or restrictions is general assistance, not legal advice or a guarantee of entry. Confirm current requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate, government, or carrier before purchase and again before travel. Denied boarding or entry caused by missing or invalid documents may not qualify for a refund.

7. Airlines and other travel suppliers

Air transportation and related services are performed by independent airlines and suppliers, not by Last Seat Tickets. Their contracts of carriage, fare rules, schedules, baggage policies, check-in deadlines, accessibility procedures, loyalty-program rules, and operational decisions apply to your trip.

Codeshares, interline itineraries, and separate tickets may involve more than one supplier and different rules. We will identify material information available to us, but a supplier remains responsible for operating its service and handling matters within its control.

8. Changes, cancellations, credits, and refunds

Voluntary changes and cancellations are governed by the fare rules accepted at booking. Many promotional or restricted fares are nonrefundable, may carry change fees or fare differences, and may require changes before the original departure. Missing a flight can cancel remaining segments. Contact us as soon as plans change; a request is not complete until confirmed.

When an airline cancels or significantly changes eligible travel to, from, or within the United States, refund rights may arise under U.S. Department of Transportation rules. The responsible merchant of record will process a required refund. A carrier’s direct-booking 24-hour hold or cancellation rule does not automatically apply to every travel-agent booking, so any applicable grace period will be disclosed during confirmation.

Refund timing depends on eligibility, supplier approval where required, payment method, and applicable law. Service fees already earned for arranging or servicing travel may be nonrefundable only when that fact was disclosed and law permits it. Refunds are ordinarily returned to the original form of payment.

9. Schedules, connections, and irregular operations

Flight numbers, aircraft, terminals, departure times, and routes can change. Reconfirm your itinerary with the operating airline, monitor notifications, arrive before the carrier’s deadline, and allow enough time for security, immigration, baggage, and connections.

If a carrier disrupts a trip, we will provide reasonable agency assistance, but rebooking, accommodations, meals, ground transport, and compensation depend on carrier policy and applicable law. We do not control weather, air traffic, government action, labor events, airport operations, or supplier systems.

10. Baggage, seats, and special requests

Baggage allowances and fees vary by carrier, route, status, and fare. Seat assignments, meals, wheelchair assistance, bassinets, pet transport, and other requests are not guaranteed unless the responsible supplier confirms them. Tell your specialist about accessibility or medical needs early so the appropriate carrier process can be followed.

Claims for delayed, lost, or damaged baggage and refunds for airline ancillary services usually must be made with the operating airline under its procedures and applicable law.

12. Acceptable use

Use the site only for legitimate personal or authorized business travel inquiries. You may not interfere with site security, submit false or fraudulent requests, scrape or resell content, use automated systems without permission, impersonate another person, upload malicious code, or use the service in violation of law.

We may limit or suspend access, decline a request, cancel a suspected fraudulent transaction when permitted, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary to protect travelers, suppliers, our systems, or legal rights.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and general travel information are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free third-party data, or that a displayed fare will remain available until ticketing.

Last Seat Tickets remains responsible for obligations that law places on us as a ticket agent or merchant of record. We are not responsible for losses caused by a traveler’s inaccurate information or failure to meet requirements, or by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please give us an opportunity to resolve a concern by contacting support@lastseattickets.com or (302) 302-8090 with the traveler name, booking reference, a clear description, and the resolution requested. Do not include full payment-card or passport numbers.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections and any right to contact a regulator, airline, card issuer, or court remain available. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.

16. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect service, supplier, regulatory, or security changes. The date above identifies the current website version. Terms accepted at the time of a completed booking continue to govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
