1. Our current practice

Last Seat Tickets does not sell payment-card information and does not operate as a data broker. If optional advertising or cross-context behavioral technology is introduced, it must remain subject to the disclosures, consent choices, and opt-out controls required by applicable law.

2. Submit a privacy choice

Email support@lastseattickets.com with the subject “Privacy Choice” or call (302) 302-8090. Identify the choice you want to exercise and provide enough information to locate the relevant record. Do not email passport scans, account passwords, or full payment-card numbers.

  • Opt out of qualifying sale or sharing of personal information.
  • Opt out of targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising where applicable.
  • Limit a qualifying use of sensitive personal information.
  • Unsubscribe from optional marketing communications.

3. Browser-based signals

Where required and technically supported, we honor a recognized universal opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device sending it. Necessary security, fraud prevention, and requested-service functions may continue.

4. Verification and non-discrimination

An opt-out request should not require more information than reasonably necessary, though other privacy requests may require identity verification. We do not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a different quality of service because you exercise an applicable privacy right, except where a lawful difference is reasonably related to the value of information and properly disclosed.
