1. Scope and our role
This policy applies to this website, travel and quote requests, customer support, booking communications, and related services where Last Seat Tickets determines how personal information is handled. An airline, payment processor, or other travel supplier may separately act under its own privacy policy when it provides its service.
Public visitors can browse destinations and use the airport search without providing a name, email address, or phone number. We ask for contact information only when you choose to request personalized assistance or use a service that needs it.
2. Information you provide
Depending on the service, you may provide identifiers and contact details, traveler and itinerary information, passenger counts, cabin preferences, accessibility requests, communication preferences, support messages, and records needed to service a booking.
If a booking requires identity or payment information, an authorized specialist will direct you to the appropriate secure process. Do not submit full payment-card numbers, government identification, passport images, health records, or account passwords through a general contact form or ordinary email.
3. Information collected automatically
When you use the site, our systems may receive device and browser type, operating system, IP address, approximate region, referring page, pages and features used, date and time, consent choice, security events, and diagnostic information. Public airport-search inputs may be processed to return results and improve reliability without requiring your contact identity.
Optional analytics or advertising technologies are used only according to the cookie choices and disclosures available to you. Necessary security, fraud-prevention, and session functions may operate regardless of optional preferences.
4. Sources of information
We collect information directly from you, from devices used to access our services, from a person arranging travel for you, and from airlines, booking systems, payment providers, communications vendors, fraud-prevention services, and other partners involved in a request or reservation.
If you provide information about another traveler, you should have permission to do so and share this policy with that person.
5. Why we use information
We use information only for defined business and legal purposes, including to answer an inquiry, prepare and confirm an itinerary, complete and service a booking, provide support, send requested communications, maintain records, protect accounts and systems, prevent fraud, improve service quality, and comply with law.
- Provide quotes, callbacks, written itineraries, booking assistance, and post-booking support.
- Verify identity, consent, payment status, and the integrity of a transaction.
- Communicate schedule, service, policy, and security information.
- Measure aggregate performance and improve accessibility, reliability, and customer experience.
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and meet tax, accounting, regulatory, or recordkeeping duties.
7. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not sell payment-card information. We do not exchange personal information for money as a data-broker business. Some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly to include certain advertising or cross-context behavioral technologies; where such processing applies, we provide the required notice and opt-out controls.
A recognized universal opt-out preference signal, including Global Privacy Control, will be treated as an opt-out request for the applicable browser or device where required by law, including under the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act when applicable. Necessary service, transaction, fraud-prevention, and security processing may continue after an optional advertising opt-out.
8. Payments and sensitive information
Payment-card data is handled through an approved payment flow and may be processed directly by the disclosed merchant, airline, or payment provider. We use only the information needed to confirm status, prevent fraud, keep accounting records, and support the transaction.
We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you or for unrelated advertising. Travel-related accessibility information is used to help fulfill the request and is shared only as reasonably necessary with the responsible supplier or service provider.
9. Communications and marketing choices
We may call, text, or email you to respond to a request, verify details, deliver a quote or written itinerary, provide booking assistance, service a reservation, address safety or fraud concerns, or provide another communication you requested.
When you provide a telephone number and affirmatively agree to receive text messages, you authorize Last Seat Tickets to send SMS messages concerning your inquiry, requested quotes, booking assistance, reservation support, and related services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of eligible text messages or HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive promotional or marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing travel services. Promotional communications will be sent only where an appropriate permission basis exists.
You may use the unsubscribe link in eligible marketing email, reply STOP to eligible text messages, or contact us at support@lastseattickets.com or (302) 302-8090. An opt-out from marketing does not prevent receipts, active-request communications, booking updates, security notices, fraud-prevention messages, or other non-promotional communications permitted by law.
9A. Mobile Information and SMS Consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All categories described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. SMS opt-in data, mobile telephone numbers, and SMS consent records will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information may be used only by Last Seat Tickets and service providers acting on our behalf when reasonably necessary to operate, deliver, maintain, secure, or support our text messaging service. These providers are not permitted to use mobile information for their own independent marketing or promotional purposes.
10. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including travel service, consent records, customer support, fraud prevention, tax and accounting, contractual obligations, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Retention varies by record type and relationship.
When information is no longer required, we delete it, de-identify it, or securely isolate it unless a legal hold or another lawful requirement applies. De-identified or aggregated information may be retained where it cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
11. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and service, including access controls, least-privilege permissions, encryption in transit, logging, vendor review, and procedures for suspected incidents. No internet, phone, email, or storage system can promise absolute security.
Protect your confirmation details and notify us if you suspect unauthorized activity or a message that falsely claims to be from Last Seat Tickets. We will provide legally required incident notices when applicable.
12. International processing
Travel is international by nature. Information may be processed in the United States and in countries where an airline, reservation system, or service provider operates. Privacy laws may differ. Where required, we use contractual or other recognized safeguards for international transfers.
13. Children’s privacy
Our website is intended for adults arranging travel and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask a child under 13 to submit a quote or booking request. A parent, guardian, or authorized adult may provide a minor traveler’s information when reasonably required for travel service.
If you believe a child submitted personal information without appropriate authorization, contact support@lastseattickets.com or (302) 302-8090 so we can review and take appropriate action.
14. Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on your location and subject to lawful exceptions, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information; ask for information about collection and disclosure; withdraw consent; object to or limit certain processing; or opt out of qualifying sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
Submit a request to support@lastseattickets.com or (302) 302-8090. Describe the right you want to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant record. We may verify identity or authority before acting, and an authorized agent may make a request where law permits. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
15. Delaware residents
To the extent the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act applies to our processing, Delaware residents may request confirmation of whether we process their personal data and access that data; request correction of inaccuracies; request deletion of personal data provided by or obtained about them; obtain a portable copy of qualifying personal data; and obtain a list of the categories of third parties to which we have disclosed their personal data.
Delaware residents may also opt out of the processing of personal data for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and profiling in furtherance of solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Requests may be submitted to support@lastseattickets.com or by calling (302) 302-8090. Please identify the privacy right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. We may take reasonable steps to authenticate your identity or verify an authorized agent's authority before completing a request, except where authentication is not required by applicable law.
If we decline to act on a request, we will explain the reason and provide instructions for appealing the decision. An appeal may be submitted through the same contact methods with the subject or description “Delaware Privacy Appeal.” We will respond to the appeal within the period required by applicable law. If an appeal is denied, we will provide information about how the consumer may submit a complaint to the Delaware Department of Justice.
We will not discriminate against a Delaware resident for exercising an applicable privacy right. These rights are subject to the scope, applicability thresholds, exceptions, verification requirements, and limitations of applicable law.
16. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as services, vendors, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be highlighted when required. Questions, complaints, and privacy requests can be sent to support@lastseattickets.com or (302) 302-8090.
